Pricing questions

What counts as an active link?

A link counts once you send it to your client, until it's completed or archived. Drafts don't count, so you can set up as many as you like on the free plan.

Is there a free trial of Pro?

No trial clock. The free plan is the trial: everything works, for one active client link, for as long as you like.

What happens if I downgrade from Pro?

Links that are already with clients keep running. You just can't send a new link until you're back within the free plan's one active link.

Is there annual billing?

Not yet. Pro is billed monthly.

Does Tickoff take a cut of what my clients pay?

No. Clients pay you through your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, UPI and more). Tickoff never touches the money.
